Its a Kit!

You need to assemble your own ReBoi, the Kit has been designed to make assembly as easy as possible, the whole thing screws and clips together, no soldering required.

Bring your own Pi

The ReBoi kit does not come with a Raspberry Pi Zero or a GameBoy Colour enclosure. For best performance we recommend getting the Raspberry Pi Zero 2W, although the 1st Gen Pi Zero will work!

For an enclosure, We recommend getting an aftermarket GBC shell from somewhere like AliExpress.

Software

On Launch We will be providing some operating system images and code to get your ReBoi up and running.

However, there is no proprietary software or hardware, the ReBoi is open source and hackable.

The ReBoi kit is still under development, after the huge success of the Kickstarter I want to make sure the ReBoi is a highly functional, easy to assemble and super-fun gadget that anyone get get into building.
